CONSULAR NOTICE
Dear Applicants,
Please be informed that NO appointment is required for any consular service.
Applicants may visit the Embassy as per the following schedule:
Submission Time : 9:20 AM – 12:30 PM (Counter will close at 12:35 PM)
Submission of documents for:
- Passport
- Visa
- OCI
- PCC
- EC / SC
- Other Consular Services
Collection Time : 4:00 PM – 5:00 PM
- Courier collection
- In-person collection of Visa / Passport / OCI / Other Documents
- Open house for other grievances
Important Information for Visa Applicants
- A duly filled regular visa application form is mandatory along with biometric submission.
- Applicants must visit in person during the morning session with all required documents.
- Kindly book air tickets only after the visa has been issued.
- Usual processing time for Tourist and Business Visas is 2–5 working days.
- Processing time for other specific visa categories may vary.
Important Information for Passport / PCC / EC / SC Applicants
- Processing time is 4–6 weeks.
- An email will be sent by the Embassy once the document is ready.
- Do not visit the Embassy until you receive the email notification.
- If no response is received within 5 weeks, kindly visit between 4:00 PM – 5:00 PM with your receipt for discussion.

Important Information for OCI Applicants
- For OCI applications under the Spouse Category, a personal interview is mandatory.
- Processing time is 4–8 weeks.
- An email will be sent once the OCI card is ready.
- Please do not visit the Embassy until you receive the email notification.
