OPEN HOUSE:
 

Embassy of India, Bucharest organizes an Open House for consular services, grievances, and discussions. Foreign nationals are also welcome if a personal meeting is required.

Timings:
Every working day from 4:00 PM to 5:00 PM

The objective of these Open House meetings is to engage with Indian nationals and persons of Indian origin on various consular matters, including:

  • Issuance of passports
  • OCI card services
  • Visa-related issues
  • Other consular services and specific grievances

Members of the Indian community residing in Romania and Moldova are welcome to attend.

Important Instructions

  • Please bring a valid TRC (Residence Card) along with your passport and supporting documents.
  • If the grievance is employment-related, please also bring:
    • Job contract
    • Direct mobile number of the employer
    • Official email address of the employer
No prior appointment is required. This is a walk-in service available between 4:00 PM and 5:00 PM on all working days
