Ambassador Mohapatra Meets Moldovan State Secretary Mihov Sergiu to Discuss Bilateral Cooperation

The Ambassador of India to Romania had a warm and productive meeting with State Secretary Mr. Sergiu Mihov, reaffirming the strong and friendly partnership between India and Moldova.

The discussions explored new avenues to further strengthen bilateral cooperation, including through structured Inter-Ministerial Consultations, high-level exchanges, and enhanced engagement across sectors of mutual interest. Both sides expressed their commitment to building on the existing momentum in the relationship and to identifying concrete steps for deeper collaboration in the period ahead.

The meeting reflected the consistently positive trajectory of India-Moldova relations, underpinned by mutual goodwill and a shared interest in expanding cooperation across diplomatic, economic, and institutional channels. Continued high-level engagement of this nature plays an important role in translating shared aspirations into tangible outcomes for both countries.
