The discussions focused on strengthening India-Romania cooperation in disaster management, civil protection, and medical emergencies, including training programmes for first responders. Mr. Arafat expressed Romania's interest in joining the Coalition for Disaster Resilient Infrastructure (CDRI) and proposed an agreement to further deepen bilateral cooperation in these areas.
