PART-1: Pre-Qualification, Technical and Commercial Terms & Conditions Bid:

Comprising of following:

1. Compliance to addendum/ corrigendum to the tender (if any)
2. Documents in support of Pre-Qualification Requirements- Technical & Financial (Mandatory)

iii. Signed sample price bid forms, PVC Clause documents (Mandatory)

1. General conditions of contract, GCC along with its annexures (Mandatory)
2. Special conditions of contract, SCC along with annexures/appendix (Mandatory)
3. Technical offer, comprising of technical specification and other documents as asked in technical specifications e.g. drawings, QAP, test report etc. (Mandatory)

vii. Annexure-III to GCC (Declaration about completeness of price) (Mandatory)

viii. Annexure-XII to GCC (Mandatory). NO DEVIATION CERTIFICATE” shall be submitted in case of no deviations. Deviations (if any) with cost of withdrawal shall be indicated under Annexure-II to GCC (Rev.00).

1. Annexure-XIII to GCC (declaration by authorized signatory of bidder) - (Mandatory)
2. Un-priced copy of Annexure-II, cost of withdrawal of deviation (Mandatory). “Quoted” to be indicated under the column “Cost of Withdrawal of Deviation” for each deviation mentioned in this format. In case “Quoted” is not indicated against any deviation, cost of withdrawal for that deviation shall be considered as NIL.
3. Un-Priced bid (Quoted to be mentioned for each line item against all applicable columns).

xii. Duly filled in signed & stamped Integrity Pact as per the Integrity Pact Format (pre-signed by BHEL) enclosed.

2.             GCC Annexure-II Deviation Sheet_Cost of Withdrawal- Price Copy)

Duly filled in price bid with seal & signature shall be submitted under this Part. Price shall be indicated for all items of the Tender separately against respective line item. All applicable taxes, duties, levies and freight charges shall be indicated in the Price bid.

1. Tender reference & due date to be mentioned in subject of mail.
2. Bidders may adopt this mode at their own risk. The Purchaser does not own any responsibility /liability for delays in receipt / loss of secrecy of such offers.
