Posted on: May 29, 2026 | Back | PrintThe Indian Technical and Economic Cooperation (ITEC) Programme is a flagship bilateral initiative of the Government of India, offering fully-funded training opportunities to professionals from partner countries, including Romania.
Through ITEC, Romanian professionals can access nearly 400 courses at over 100 leading Indian institutions, covering fields such as IT, banking, entrepreneurship, public administration, renewable energy, and engineering. All costs — including international airfare, accommodation, tuition, and living allowance — are covered by the Government of India.
