ICCR Scholarship 2026-2027: 131 Universities, Fully Funded, Open for Romania

The Indian Council for Cultural Relations (ICCR), under the Ministry of External Affairs, Government of India, is inviting applications from Romanian students for its scholarship programme for the academic year 2026–2027.

The programme offers fully funded study opportunities at over 131 premier Indian universities, across Diploma, Undergraduate, Postgraduate, and Ph.D. levels, in disciplines ranging from Engineering and Science to Management, Liberal Arts, and Indian Classical Arts.

Applications are submitted exclusively online through the ICCR A2A Scholarship Portal at a2ascholarships.iccr.gov.in. Only one application per candidate per academic year is accepted.
