India and Albania signed an Agreement on Exemption of Visa Requirement for Holders of Diplomatic & Official/Service Passports on 27 November 2015 in Tirana, Albania. The Agreement was signed on behalf of India by H.E. Ms. Riva Ganguly Das, Ambassador and on behalf of Republic of Albania by H.E. Mr. Halil Hyseni, Deputy Minister of Foreign Affairs. With the signing of this Agreement travel between the two countries by holders of diplomatic and official passports will become easier.
