8th International Day of Yoga celebrations in Bucharest

International Day of Yoga celebrations in Romania started on June 19 with Ambassador Shrivastava's opening remarks, highlighting this year's theme of Yoga for humanity. Yoga enthusiasts had the opportunity to practice simple asanas, relaxing breathing techniques and Nadi Shuddhi under the guidance of Ms. Sonia Radut and Ms. Adriana Lacea from Art of Living Foundation, Didi Ananda Devapriya from Meditation Step by Step and Dharesha and Vajresha from Isha Foundation, respectively.
