Abhay Kumar, President of Indo-Mold Business and Culture Organization (IMBCO) delivered the opening remarks, followed by Leonid Gertsenstein and Petr Pogrebnyak, Presidents of Shakti Chalana Yoga and Antara Yoga Associations. Soft yoga practice, Mantra OM and Yoga Nidra were just a few of the techniques that participants had the opportunity to practice. Event ended with an interesting quiz and an Indian music and dance performance.
