Reception on the occasion of 74th Republic Day of India

On the occasion of 74th Republic Day of India, a reception was held at JW Marriott Bucharest Hotel from 1830 to 2130 hrs. on 26th January 2023. Guests, comprising members of Romanian Parliament, diplomatic community, high ranking Romanian Government officials, representatives of the academic, business community and friends of India attended the event. The Chief guest was Mr.Traian Laurențiu Hristea, State Secretary for Global Affairs and Diplomatic Strategy, Ministry of Foreign Affairs, Romania. The guests were entertained by Indian dances performed by local groups - Indra Dance Academy, Surya Natyam, Festival and Magnolia and a yoga demonstration by Mr. Bhalchandra Dhekane, Embassy's Teacher of Indian Culture, and his students.
